Once I place an order, how long until it is shipped?Updated 9 months ago

We pick and pack and ship orders daily and we aim to get your orders out daily, before 5 PM AEST Monday to Friday. However, sometimes due to large sale events or staff shortages our small team may be at capacity and this could push back the dispatch of your order by 24 to 48 hours.

For orders outside of Australia, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch due to DHL pickups.
