My parcel has been deemed lost / missing?Updated 9 months ago

Eek! That is certainly not ideal at all! 

In the rare instance that your parcel has been lost our community experience team will not leave you empty-handed.

Please contact our team via email: [email protected] with the following:

- order number
- screenshot of the email/correspondence from Australia Post or DHL deeming the parcel Lost in Transit
- any case number/s provided
