How long do refunds take?Updated a month ago

Once your return has been shipped back to us we will process your refund. We can only refund to the exact same method you originally paid so depending on how you made the payment, your money can take about 2-7 business days to hit your account. 

Please note: returns for refunds, a 15% fee applies from the total order value. This figure will be taken from your final refund amount.
