Can I get a refund?Updated a month ago

Refunds are offered on most orders returned within 30 days of delivery unless the item is a sale item or it is otherwise on promo T&Cs . All refunds are processed back to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 business days. Refunds are not valid on shipping costs. 

Please note: returns for refunds, a 15% fee applies from the total order value. This figure will be taken from your final refund amount.
