Oh no, we're so sorry to hear. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of your item/s, we will get back to you within 24 hours to assist with getting things fixed up for you.

Please note: you have 21 days to contact us from the time of delivery to return a faulty or incorrect item, outside of this period your return will be ineligible.

If your item has been deemed faulty after contacting our support team, you will need to pay for your shipment back to us. Return shipping costs can only be credited up to $45.00 AUD.
