Can I return or exchange my item/s?Updated a month ago

Your item/s can be returned within up 30 days from your delivery date for a refund. Your item/s can be returned up to 60 days from your delivery date for a Store Credit or an exchange.

YES
- your order was delivered in the last 30 days
- your item is faulty or the item is damaged and the packaging is fine
- all tags must be attached
- must be unworn and unwashed in the original packaging

NO
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for item/s that:
- was purchased more than 60 days ago (for refunds, this is 30 days)
- no original tags attached
- no original packaging
- item has been worn, washed or tried on your horse
- was purchased with a gift card / voucher
- was purchased at a discounted price or on sale

Please note: for returns for refunds, a 15% fee applies from the total order value. This figure will be taken from your final refund amount.

All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached. For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks, caps and drink bottles are not able to be returned.

If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number along with photos of the fault/ damage so we can sort it ASAP!

For international returns, please note, postage costs & duties are to be covered by the customer.

Received a gift with purchase? If you return all or part of your order for a refund you will need to send us back the gift in the same condition as above. For any reason the gift isn’t returned we may deduct the full retail cost of the item from your refund.
