Unfortunately at this stage when returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the shipping cost. These costs are non-refundable.

Please note: for returns for refunds, a 15% fee applies from the total order value. This figure will be taken from your final refund amount.

We recommend using a tracked and signed service and to keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage in the unfortunate case the item may become lost in transit.

If your item has been deemed faulty after contacting our support team, you will need to pay for your shipment and send a proof of receipt to [email protected]. Return shipping costs will only be credited up to $45.00 AUD.
